Obstacle Course Races
with Prizes
- When: The first heat starts at 7 AM.
- Courses:
• Al Muharib: 5km
• Al Batal: 10km
• Al U’sturi: 20km
- When: The first heat starts at 7:45 AM.
- Courses: Available on all distances: 5km, 10km, and 20km.
- Prizes: The top three finishers in each age group (per gender) will receive medals and podium spots.
- Final Results: Announced after all heats.
- The top three finishers in each gender category will earn podium spots.
- Important: Failing to complete an obstacle will result in disqualification!
Fun Obstacle Course Races
- When: Starts from 8:30 AM to 2:40 PM.
- Details: Open to everyone on the 5km, 10km, and 20km courses. Choose any time that works for you.
- When: 2:45 PM.
- Details: Join us for a ladies-only heat on the 5km (Al Muharib) course.
- When: Last race of the day, 3 PM.
- Details: A 4-person team challenge on the 5km (Al Muharib) course.
- All team members must start and finish together—failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Teams must carry a Wounded Warrior item throughout the race—failure to do so will also lead to disqualification.
Note: Your time will be tracked, but these heats do not qualify for podium placements or cash prizes.

Kids can join the fun of Arabian Warrior with our Junior Warrior race, Al Shibel!

Requirement:
- Available for children under the age of 13 (at event day).
- Under 6: Must be accompanied by an adult for the entire course, with one adult per child. Only one loop can be run.
- Ages 6 to 9: It is recommended that an adult accompany the child. One loop is advised, but the race team may allow additional loops on a case-by-case basis.
- Ages 10 to 12: No adult accompaniment is required. Junior Warriors may run multiple loops of the 1km course.
Al Muharib
Al Muharib is our entry level race for adults—packed with fun and perfect for those new to obstacle course racing (OCR)!

It’s starting to get serious with our Al Batal course. This race is designed for the OCR regular, the fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to challenge themselves.

Challenge yourself with Al U’sturi, our 20km race designed to test your strength and endurance. Prepare for an epic adventure with the longest race distance for adults in the regular season events.

Al Khayali
This race is for the truly epic people out there. Complete as many loops of the full 10km course as you can! Make sure you run 50km and earn our Al Khayali medal.
You’ll wear a special headband so we can track your progress throughout the day, with the crowd cheering you on every lap.
Please note, there are no podium positions for this race.
