Race Formats
Kids Race
Course: Junior Warrior course
Times: All Day – Starting from 9am.
Distance: 250m – 1.6km (Depending on location)
Obstacles: 8 to 10 obstacles
What do you receive: Arabian Warrior t-shirt (on arrival), a medal and a high five (at finish)
Age Restrictions: Under 13’s only
Timing: No timing
Open Heats
Course: Adult race course, non competitive race, a challenging fun run with mates or make friends along the way.
Times: Starting from 8am, heats run every 15 minutes throughout the day.
Distance: Multiple distances from 2.5km up to 50km
Obstacles: Depends on distance (See race distance here), not mandatory but encouraged to partake in all.
What do you receive: Headband and Arabian Warrior t-shirt (on arrival), medal (at finish)

Timing: Yes, race will be timed
Team Heats
Course: Adult race course, 2 team heats – 1 competitive, 1 non competitive
Team Requirements: Competitive Team Race (Prize) – 4 person team with 1 person from each gender required. Non Competitive Race (No Prize) – 4 person team, mixed or non mixed gender teams allowed. Wounded Warrior required to be transported throughout the course for both team races.
Times: Early start, from 7:15am
Distance: up to 5km
Obstacles: 10+ obstacles
What do you receive: Headband and Arabian Warrior t-shirt (on arrival), medal (at finish)

Timing: Yes, race will be timed
League Heats
Course: New format for 2025/2026 season. Only available in the UAE.
Times: First heats of the day start at 7am
Distance: Multiple distances depending on event – from 2.5km up to 20km
Obstacles: Depends on distance (See race distance here). Mandatory, will be disqualified if not completed.
What do you receive: Headband and Arabian Warrior t-shirt (on arrival), medal (at finish)

Timing: Yes, race will be timed
Prizes: Yes, prizes for the winners in both male and female categories
League Points: On finishing all participants will receive points for the league table. The final league event is in RAK 2026. More info on points please click here.
Note: Anyone taking place in any of the League events will not be eligible for any Pro races in the season.
