Issam El Bizri

I’m a 47 years old health care professional and Functional Fitness instructor. I live in Marquette MI and promote health through fitness and lifestyle interventions. I started in college with track and field and later in life, I discovered OCR. OCR helped me become a more well-rounded athlete. The OCR mindset of tackling obstacles is the mindset we need in life to navigate and overcome challenges. I use OCR for conditioning for other sports like judo. I have competed in Masters Games for Team USA  in judo and won the Pan American gold.
